We offer a 15-day money-back return policy for our outdoor Antenna and indoor router. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, you may cancel the service within 15 days of the installation date for a full refund of the Antenna and router provided the item(s) are in good condition as when you received them. No refunds will be made after the 15 days.
Labor of installation is nonrefundable.
Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for unused portions of service once payment has been made.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a cancellation confirmation code. A tech will make contact to schedule a time to retrieve the equipment.
Once we receive your return and confirm that the item(s) are in good condition, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. This refund will be for the outdoor antenna and indoor router only. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to credit to your account.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the stated requirements, including product usage beyond what is necessary to inspect the item(s).
